FAQs

Does Using a Travel advisor cost more?

1

Not necessarily. Our advisors have access to exclusive rates, upgrades, and packages that often offset or exceed any service fees. In many cases, clients end up paying the same — or less — while getting far more value. For complex itineraries or for services we don't earn a commission on, we may charge a planning fee — but you'll always know upfront before anything is booked.

Can I just book everythign myself online?

2

You can — but you'd be spending hours comparing options and hoping it all works together. A travel advisor does that work for you, brings expertise you can't Google or Chat GPT may get wrong. Even if you know what exactly you want, reach out to us, we may have better pricing, additional amenities to offer. Even if we don’t if you allow us to book it for you, you have a person in your corner before, during and after travel.

What is it like to work with you?

4

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Once we have your travel dates, budget, destination, and passenger names as they appear on passports, we build and refine a quote until it's exactly right. After you approve the final itinerary and pay a deposit, we finalize everything. Final payment is due about 60 days before travel, and your documents arrive roughly two weeks before departure. We're here before, during, and after your trip — whatever you need, we've got you covered.
